YarnPlaces.com Introduces The Worldwide Yarn Bombing Map

Tasmanian Tree Yarn Bomb

YarnPlaces.com has just released a Worldwide Yarn Bombing Map. We have seeded it with over 100 significant yarn bombings from around the world and now invite your contributions. Were you involved in or know of a yarn bombing that we haven’t documented? If so, please list it with us. Only a location and a link to a photo are necessary to initially list a yarn bombing. Other contributors can then flesh out details such as the artist/s, dates, and description. New bombings can be added and modifications can be made through easy-to-use links on the site. Our goal is to create a comprehensive and fascinating portrait of the yarn bombing movement from its inception until now.
